Translation of validation messages

Hi all,
I have a validation message which appears in English when an interviewer selects "none’ and another response option. This error message is showing up correctly based on the logic, but it only appears in English, and I have no options in the online translations interface to provide the translated error message in Swahili. I’ve also exported the xls, and there is only one column for “constraint_message”. How can I enter a Swahili constraint message either through the online translation tool or via the xls form?
