I’m writing you this email because of the difficulties we’re having with multiple attempts to connect to data from kobotoolbox.
For over two weeks now, it has been impossible to connect to kobotoolbox data using the two API techniques available.
We’re sharing the two messages we get when we try to connect via a web browser and the connection via a tracert.
As a reminder, we have an annual subscription to your platform and our data is hosted on kobotoolbox’s server in the European Union.

Can you please elaborate more? Which Api using? Are you using token or username and password?

Hi @ogmichel, for the first link it is correct but the kc.humanitarianresponse.info link is no longer working you need to switch to KoboToolbox Form Building API link to access your data via API V1

Hi, You can find the old and new links regarding to your data, the difference comes from the url of the main url, you just need to replace the kc.humanitarianresponse.info part with kc-eu.kobotoolbox .org the rest of the link is same for API v1

Did you provided authorization headers to connect the kobo? because you are trying to connect different server now, and you need to provide either API or User&password to connect to your data
