Kindly please be informed that you will be able to share permissions only among user account that has been created within a specific server (i.e. within OCHA or within HHI) i.e. if you have accounts say Account_A and Account_B created under OCHA, you should be able to share the forms and project between Account_A and Account_B. However, you are not able to share it with Account_C say if Account_C has been created under HHI server.
