Unable to archive

Hi all. I have some deployed forms I would like to archive but when I click on the 3 dots --> more options --> archive to do so (and click again when it asks ‘are you sure you want to archive this project?’), nothing happens. My forms stay ‘deployed’ and not archived as I would wish. FYI I am trying to archive these forms so they are not visible to enumerators when they get new forms so they won’t be confused by multiple similarly-named forms, but just have 1 deployed option.

What should I do?

I am having the same problem. Were you able to find some way to fix?

  1. Which server are you on?
  2. Are you experiencing this on all your projects?
  3. How long has this problem persisted.
