Unable to connect to kobo server through API v1 to fetch submissions

HI Team,

Your support will be much appreciated…i have been unable to connect to kobo API for 3 weeks. It suddenly stopped september 21 after running for over 1 year. We are using API V1 and it has suddenly stopped functioning… The below is what i keep getting…what could be the issue.

" 500 Error

Can you elaborate more details? Which api you are using, which url you are using?

i am using https://kc.kobo.iom.int/api/v1/data/. I configured power automate flow to get data from kobo via API. i am making use of v1

are you using JSON, xls, or xlsx?
