Unable to deploy form on kobotool box

Hello community, please help, i have been trying to deploy a form for survey for a while now and the deadline is here already.

i have also tried using ODK validate to debug but ODK validate says my form is okay

Below is the error message i keep encountering any time i make an attempt to deploy.

Thank you for your response. I do not have anything like that on my Excel sheet, I don’t know where the tmpt12qomrf is coming from
