Unable to deploy form showing error message

Kind help here, I have edited my form(Form Building) and then redeployed. its now showing this error message;
"unable to deploy
your form cannot be deployed because it contains errors:

Unexpected KoBoCAT error 400: b’{“detail”:“The name column for the 'oe4qq47' choice list contains these duplicates: 'other'. Duplicate names will be impossible to identify in analysis unless a previous value in a cascading select differentiates them. If this is intentional, you can set the allow_choice_duplicates setting to 'yes'. Learn more: XLSForm.org”}’

Welcome to the community, @ahmed114! Maybe you could download your form as XLSForm and then search oe4qq47 under the choices tab to see the duplicates as outlined in this post discussed previously:

I was unable to download XLSForm. Is it because I used “Build From Scratch” method to create my work.

@ahmed114, you should be able to download your XLSForm as discussed in this previous post:

And one more, you could always validate your XLSForm through this online validator to identify syntax issues.
