Unable to download attachments from the data submitted

I am unable to download file attached as part of data from the xls(see screenshot attached)

@paul_maleya, there are 2 things you should be careful of at that phase:

  • The hyperlinked URL only works when you have your KoboToobox account open simultaneously when you try to open the link.
  • If you wish to open it even when you have not opened your KoboToolbox account, you will need to make your data public.
