Good morning everybody,
I use the https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ website to collect some data. For the last 2 days, I am unable to extract my data as CSV or XLS. Apparently, the previous extract are still processing and the interface is blocked (see file attached please). I tried to login/logout but it’s still the same. If I ask a new extract, it add a new line “processing”.
I don’t find a way to contact the server manager to unlock or delete all these pending extractions.
How can I proceed ?
