Without having made any changes, I am no longer able to download the data from the answers to the forms with Power Query. It gives the following error:
DataSource.Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from ‘https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/formid.xls’ (500): Internal Server Error.
Can someone please help me solve this problem?

does your form contains more than 30000 submissions? because sometimes this causes timeout problems from server side.

No. approximately 11000.

Yes. I’ve been downloading data this way for several months. And even today I have several forms and for some I can download data without any problem, and for others no.
Hi again, can you please test this link "https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/formid.xlsx . I believe the problem is kc.kobotoolbox.org is no longer accessible. This link might solve your problem
