Unable to download froms using kobo mobile application

Dear Community,

I facing an issue with downloading forms using kobo android applications. I have total 2 forms in my account, but when I’m trying to download it one shows an error - failure to downlode and the other one downloaded successfully. Please help me.

Why the 1st form is not downloading?
