Hi, I am getting a error message "HTTP/1.0 404 while trying to download the audio I captured during survey. I used the following link as advised:
https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/attachment/original?media_file=username/attachments/”&A2”
I used my user account and cell number which contains the audio.
Can anyone help me?
Welcome to the community @koboaccount! Maybe you could also download your media attachment (audio recording) as outlined in the support article Exporting and Downloading Your Data.
Thank you @Kal_Lam . I downloaded the way you suggested but when I got the downloaded file in excel format the audio file name appeared in the cell. Then I used the same formula - https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/attachment/original?media_file=username/attachments/”&A2”
But I received the same error. Cant download the audio

Could you confirm that when you tried the process shared by @Kal_Lam you were able to get the actual media file and not just its name? Also confirm whether this affects all media files or just specific ones? If this affects only specific ones, there is a huge possibility that the media was not uploaded alongside the xml or it was deleted on your server.
