Unable to download XLS form_changed browsers, same problem

Hello!
I was not able to download the XLS form for all of my projects using the XLS download option.
I tried diffrent browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and non of them work.

what should i do?

Welcome to the community, @H_HA! Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what error message you get while downloading your data?

When i click on the download XLS form, nothing happens. I didn’t recive any error message.

So you mean you are trying to download the XLSForm, but you are not able to? If this is the problem, would you mind changing the browser to see if you should be able to do it through the next browser? Maybe try using Chrome, Edge, Firefox while using KoboToolbox.
