Unable to download ZIP files

Dear KOBO team,
I have a problem with the download of ZIP files, it remains loading for hours and in the end, it only displays “failed”. I was trying this already 2 days but I can’t find the solution. On the other hand, I know that I could use the alternative way to download the pictures using firefox but the problem is that I have a script to analyse the data and downloading the pictures with the firefox method doesn’t result in the same folder structure, making my code unusable.

@NoeliaVB, could you also let us know the total number of submissions that you have in your project? BTW, which server are you using?

I have 4826 submissions and I am using the Global Server.

Yes, finally I used downthemall and reorganised the folder structure manually.
