Unable to downloand blank forms in kobocollect

Hello,

We are unable to connect to the Kobocollect App. We have the app on a few tablets and we are unable to download blank forms. We have put in the correct server (humanitarian) and the user name and password but we keep getting the following message when try to download blank forms:

FORM LIST DOWNLOAD FAILED.
If you keep having this problem, report it to the person who asked you to collect data.

Not sure what we are missing?

I realized that there were 2 different solutions out there to connect to the server. I was only connecting to the server (humanitarianinfo) but not connecting to our direct server (our user name with humanitarianinfo). All has worked out now! Thank you!
