Unable to get developed questionnaire

This is to request you to fix this issue pls. we were trying to deploy new forms in the tablets and android phone by using our exsiting kobocollect server url but it is diffcult to deploy new forms. How to solve this issue pls.

@panirbms21, the first thing you will need to do is configure the Collect Android App as outlined in this support article: The second thing you will need to check is to see if the enumerators have at least logged into their KoboToolbox account once. Failing to login to the account at least once should also cause such issues.

@Fitsum, could you kindly share with the community a screenshot of your Settings>Server from your app so that we can understand your configuration settings visually to see if it has any issues?

@mryumbla, try this out as outlined below: URL https://kc.kobotoolbox.org Username heiferglps_2022 Password Avoid using this URL like you have used in your app https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/heiferglps_2022 Making this configuration should help you solve your issue!

But please be sure to use the correct server URL to your app.
