Unable to Import the form

Am unable to import the form. It’s giving me the error. I even use the Online Validator but to no avail.

Welcome back to the community, @Osman_yotta! Have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify syntax issues if any present within your XLSForm.

I used the online validator and it works fine without an error
