Unable to import xlsform to the KoBoToolbox server

Bonjour, je souhaite importer le questionnaire xlsform sur kobo, mais je n’arrive pas à le faire. je vous envoie en capture d’écran le questionnaire xlsform et le message d’erreur sur kobo.
