j’ai créé le formulaire mais le mettre sur le smartphone pose problème. J’ai mis comme serveur https://kobo.unhcr.org suivi du nom de mon compte et le mot de passe mais ça ne marche pas.

@intersosunhcr, I split this issue to a different post so that we could mange the issues systematically. Follow the steps outlined below to configure your KoBoCollect android app with your KoBoToolbox user account.
- Open your KoBoCollect android app
- Go to General Settings>Server

**Username
Username
**Password
*******
Under the Username, type your username and under the Password type your password.

J’ai une autre difficulté, J’ai créé un formulaire mais l’interface du formulaire ne s’affiche pas lorsque je veux regarder le formulaire sur mon ordinateur mais par contre sur le smartphone le formulaire s’affiche. Que dois-je faire?

@intersosunhcr, could you share with us a screenshot of what is not displaying in your computer and that what is displaying in your smartphone? This should help us better understand your situation.
