Unable to modify a record

I designed a questionnaire about KOBO. I am currently testing it. I saved the online questionnaire as a draft but it doesn’t allow me editing the “draft” of my responses.
I get this message below.
Please ask for your support to resolve this. Because I plan to launch the survey in two weeks and this functionality is very important.

Hi,
Can you send the XLS version of your form so that we look at it?
