Unable to open forms

Hi,

I was not able to get a link for the deployed forms and I got nothing when clicking on the open button. Besides, I cannot see the copy next to open button.

I’m having the same issue. When I inspect “OPEN” from the dashboard in Chrome, no link is present.

I have tried using internet explorer but have had no success.
