Unable to open kobotoolbox

I am having trouble opening the website and when it does, it’s hard to open pages, I have been able to redeploy a form, but in the data collection link, it doesn’t show the corrections even after refreshing the page, and it doesn’t ask to refresh as it does, though it can still receive submissions. This is still the same issue with my phone.

Which server are you using? Is the form updated when you open the survey link in your PC?

Global server, kf.kobotoolbox.org

Both are now working fine. But I still would like to know the cause.

@abratumwe, I guess, it was a network issue where your device did not receive the latest version of the form that was redeployed.

Hi Abratumwe,
If the form doesn’t prompt for a refresh but submissions are working, it may be an incomplete sync. Try logging out and back into KoboToolbox, then reloading the form.
If using KoboCollect, refresh the forms list manually and see if this works.

The problem wasnt just about the form refreshing, but also open kobotool itself, at some point it failed to deploy the form, it also showed a 504 error while trying to open a page

@abratumwe, an update! Confirming that we received an unusually high number of requests and the system took longer than expected to scale up. But feel free to ping us if this happens again (for a longer time).
