Unable to open submission for edit and view media on form/galery

Since last update/maintenance of the server, we are now unable to view images of the existing submission which we could see before. The image gallery also display the error and if we click on edit option the form in edit form does not open.

Welcome back to the community, @waheednoor! Could you also share a screenshot of the issue? The screenshot should be able to describe the issue pictorially.

@waheednoor, the issue has now been resolved in the server.
