Unable to pull data using API link

Hi again,
Happy new year,
I am having an issue to pull data using excel power query. I am using a MacBook, and each time I try to run the query I am receiving this error message: “Unable to open https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/xxxxxxx.xls. Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server.” inside the error is the link of the form I am trying to pull data from.

Please can you assist me to figure out what is the issue.

Welcome back to the community @Arnaud_Igabe ! I just tried the link you provided and i could pull them to Excel.

Thank you for the help, I have tried on window laptop and works too but on my Mac I can’t reload the data. I was hoping that maybe there is a tip to make it function on Mac.
