I’m trying to update several of my entries on Kobotoolbox and I keep on getting the following error message: The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@example.org. (500)
Other entries don’t seem to have the same problem and can be updated without any problems, but two in particular are impossible to edit. I can access them, I can make the changes I need to in the form but when I try to save them the error message appears.
Has anybody else encountered this issue?
