Is this submission lost for good?

Normally the submission would not be lost. .Is this the first time the submission has been affected? Could you have the user try another dummy submission to see if this hangs.

I have the same problem.
I have deployed a form on the server and enumerators have been successfully making submissions. The problem is that the submission counter is increasing but the data tables are blank. See the picture below for reference.
Kindly help resolve this. Also, advise if enumerators can continue submitting the data or if we hold on for now.
