Unable to see the form in Table

Dear kal,
Hope all is well your side. I am unable to open a completed form (data) from Table tool bar, i.e. when I click the eye sign it turns in to such type “https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/#/forms/arVpm8HxancJiysUcEgLLg/data/table” and couldn’t open the data. Kindly assist.
