Unable to send data collected from KoBoCollect android app to KoBoToolbox server

Dear Community, I am also facing the same problem, my filled in form failed to send from my android Phone. It show the attached Error message, we are using the https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info server. I am testing it with android version is 8.1.0. WIN_20210201_11_50_44_Pro (2)

@augustinoseja, i checked the project that you outlined …

And it has not issues. The data collected for this survey project through KoBoCollect android app should be able to sync without any issue.

Could you kindly share with me another screenshot of the issue if your android device is still not able to sync the collected information to the server.
