If we are adding user like john.bob the kobo (in a self hosted server) is not accepting in sharing project but it accept john_ob, john@bob etc. only issue with dot please help.
Have you tried this out in a publicly hosted server by KoBoToolbox i.e. in the HHI server or the OCHA server.
