I have similar issue but with different error message. I still don’t understand what do you mean with “date and time is out of order”.

Welcome to the community forum. Could you please share the screenshots or message of the error you receive.
On the second query,
What @Kal_Lam meant is that the date and time on your data collection device may not be accurate, so kindly adjust it to pick the actual time.
Please provide as much information on your issue to enable us support you.

Are you using the ODK platform or are you using the KoBoToolbox platform. If you are using the KoBoToolbox platform could you kindly let us know the server you are using i.e. the OCHA server or the HHI server.

Try using:
