I also got the same issue. I deleted the Form used for data collection. However, it turns out that there are still project partners who keep their data in draft form. I’ve put back the form we used previously with the same name, but it still won’t submit to the server. Does this affect the difference in form ID? How can I overcome this?

Welcome to the community, @aryakdhani2018! Yes, you will need the same original survey project (in your KoboToolbox server) to upload the submissions related to it. Having a different one, even with the same name, does not permit the submissions to the server.
However, you could extract the data in an Excel form with the help of the ODK Briefcase as outlined in our previous post:
