Unable to sync data to Kobotoolbox server

I have 14 survey programs on my account. I received more than 1,000 responses for only one program, while the other two have fewer than 1,000 responses. The rest have fewer than 100 responses. However, the teams cannot sync the data to the server, and the survey is ongoing. Can you tell me why this is happening? The survey must be completed by September 30, 2024. Could you please help me on this?

I checked the date and time on the tab, the server URL, and the username and password. Everything is correct. I thought it was a network issue, but I also tried with a strong Wi-Fi network. However, I couldn’t send the data to the server.

You will need to be sure that the original project should be on the server from where you downloaded the blank forms to the app. E.g. if you deploy a project to the server say Project_1 with the name Project One, and you download a blank form Project One to your app and make some submissions. At the same time, you felt like you needed to make edits to the form that is on the server so you deleted the project Project_1 with the name Project One and uploaded an updated version of the XLSForm with the same name Project_1 named Project One and deployed to the server. So now if you wish to submit your data to the server from the Collect Android App that you collected previously with the same project Project_1 with the name Project One then you are unable to.
