Hello, please am new to using to kobotoolbox in collecting my data. The data was successfully taken and saved but downloading it from one of the tablets is posing a challenge. The message am getting is either the blank form is deleted or missing but I have not deleted anything. At the Edit mode, you see data was collected but it cannot be retrieved. Please any solution. Thank you
