Unable to upload XLSFORM to Kobo server

HII,
I am trying to upload new form using new then choose upload XLS form but it keeps loading and not uploaded like image shown below. Two days back it was working fine without any lagging issue but now it keeps on uploading for long hours and still don’t upload.

I have also validated the form and also tested in online. It is working perfectly fine. But neither upload of xlsform nor download is working now.
