Unable to view forms in mobile phone

Hi Team,

We have a user ivy_mhlekwa in our firm who is unable to view the forms on her mobile phone getting the error

Version of Kobo collect app used v2023.1.2

We have cleared cache and reinstalled the app

put the correct Server URL https://surveys-configure.newglobe.education

Attached is the screensnap of the error please help note the user is able to view the forms in the web portal

Hi as per our organization standards

we have the URL specified which works fine for others

can you let me know if any changes in the URL

I have read the post tried with the new URL https://kc.kobotoolbox.org . does not help

Note: all other users have no issues with the standard url we use for server URL https://surveys-configure.newglobe.education

@prateek, seems like you are on a self-hosted server. Maybe you will need to contact your admin/support team for this.

I am the admin here can you let me know where do I make the changes

@prateek, is this an issue with only a single configuration, or is it an issue with other devices too? Did you follow the support article to configure your app?

But when she tries to sign in to the app verison KoboCollect app she gets the error

when we checked in admin site the settings seems fine

for reference we have validated the form as well using ODK - XLSForm Online v2.x

validation is ok so it is not an issue with a particular form either

I had multiple times explained my query in Unable to view forms in mobile phone

but was not attend with proper solution please help

we are still unable to get forms for users in our company when users try to sync the forms they get the below error message

For example attaching permissions for a particular user

@Kal_Lam please check this hampering our performance to submit forms

@prateek, we have no access to your server but I am pinging @stephenoduor @ks_1 to see if they are able to help you out.

@prateek I’d say try another userID with the same device to eliminate a device issue.
Otherwise just create a new user ID for this user and share all the old forms with them, and disable the old user ID.
