Hi there,

Recently I install a new self hosted server, but this service have the following error:

Unknown Error occurred during attempt to update cache Error: Request to https://host/user/formList?formID=aySdw3RbLcusvvVn3kQ3gt failed.

I try run the setup twice but the error return in a few hours…

Maybe someone have any idea to solve this problem?

The issue return!! and now happen in intervals of one or two hours.

The environment is:

Ubuntu server 20.04
Installed by latest kobo-install
