when it will be restore
We are pleased to announce that the service of the humanitarian server has been fully restored, and all functionalities are now operational.
The cause of the outage was related to an issue within Amazon’s infrastructure: their EBS (elastic block store) service became unresponsive and unable to communicate with our database servers, which are also hosted by Amazon Web Services. AWS did, however, resolve the issue with no loss of data or need to restore from backups.
