Unsuccessful download of zip

Hello Kal

Please can you help me to download the zip file (size 1.45 G) of my project. I’m suffering a lot. it’s stopping almost at the end. I don’t know nothing about coding

@telema1, do you also have media files in this ZIP file, or are there only data?

I have also media files in it . So many

@telema1, when you have a big media file like the one you currently have, the system will timeout after 30 minutes. This will break the download process. This python script should help you download your data without the timeout.
