@KengneIsidore, @ltriblgni, @Tokaniaina, @center, @vfssemaganda while troubleshooting a similar issue for one of our users, I discovered that the problem occurs when the project title is excessively long. I shortened the project title, redeployed the project, and successfully received the blank form in the app. I then created a new collection and was able to submit the data back to the server without any issues.
