We are working on a shared project. I created a form and uploaded that to my website. Team members with whom I shared the form downloaded it on their devices and were using it.
The form was recently updated and is working fine in the online version. However, our team members cannot download the updated form on their devices and when the download form button is pressed the members get the message “Nothing available to display” despite that the forms are there on my server.
They have not been able to submit their responses either. I have tried to fix this by reading through similar other posts but without any success.
It would be helpful if the community could help me solve this problem.
