I have been trying to update the permissions given for certain users, but KoBo shows the message “Failed to update permissions”. Do you know how to sort this out?

Thanks @Kal_Lam. I went through the article you shared, but still KoBoToolbox shows the error message. I have also experienced that certain permissions set disappear/revert without notice, and it is not possible to re-apply the same permissions again.
