Sorry to asking you many question. KoBo is very useful source for data collection. So, now we faced with another issue.
is there any way to collect documents during data collection through KoBo or xls form? as i know we can take photo of some documents but if there are many pages soft or scan documents then what would be the way for collecting them during survey? such a (MoU or contract or so on).

Hi @Hassani,
Try using the file question type (as shown in the image below) which should allow you to upload documents from your PC/Device while collecting data.

Now i am practicing this option for KoBo and it seems we are able to upload or collect documents with size of less than 5 MB. So is that the only option? as we are thinking for larger size documents to be collected.

Glad to know that you are finally able to upload a file. Kindly please be informed that at the moment the file size is limited to 5 MB. Maybe you could create a post in our Feature’s (Improvement) if you wish to see this feature in the upcoming days. But please try to explain in detail why you wish to upload a file greater than 5 MB.
