Upload Images as answers in a project

Hello!!

I am creating a new Project where I would like to upload images as answers to my questions. I have used a matrix type of question, I have created the xls Excel where I have written the name of the images (size reduced already). One row by image and one column (number of people who chose that particular image.

I have uploaded the Form and the images but the images don’t show.

Can someone help me with it?
