I have a problem with uploading XLS forms from my computer and from URL also - they are loading indefinitely and that is the screen I am getting:
It happens usually but not always, and I am confused why. I have fund people sharing similar issues here but all of those “resolved themselves” or were fixed by support and there is no hint if I could do something with the issue.

I have been using kf.kobotoolbox and encountered this problem there, so I moved to test eu.kobotoolbox on which I’d like to work - the first form (the same one that was loading indefinitely in kf server) uploaded in a matter of seconds, but next ones are blocked again. I waited up to 20 minutes for them to load. I tried to use different devices and different web browsers (so i logged in few times) and on none of them uploading worked, then I logged out and back in my account on eu.kobotoolbox on the first device and I was able to upload one form, but next ones are blocked again. So I logged out again and was able to upload only one form again, next ones are blocked. That is so far the only action that allowed me to upload anything.
The forms have around 60-80 questions, no media, and around 40 choices total. I have around 10 of them to upload so far. My account is almost empty so I don’t think this is an issue of too little free space.
I would be very happy if someone was able to explain what is happening and what can be done to resolve the problem. Any help appreciated!
