Upload Result Error: Improperly formatted XML

Hi there,

Minja form Error

One of enumerator failed to send finalized form, it keep returning an error message
"NEEMA MINJA - Error: Generic Exception: Error: Improperly formatted XML.

@noni, is this an issue with only an enumerator, or is it an issue with other enumerators too?

One enumerator only, and he has been able to upload other form but not this one.

@noni, could you check the following:

  • Server configuration (username, password, server URL)
  • Project details (the one that is present in the app and the one that is deployed in the server and expects the data)
  • Also check the completeness of the submissions

There must be some issues here.

@noni, did you also check the network configuration? Sometimes, the same could cause an issue.

Yes, he tried to send several time. He already submitted the form via a web link.
