Dear all,
I could see all images on edit form, but they have not shown since 2 weeks ago.
the image URL seems wrong. URL contains “media_file=media_file=”. I copy the image URL and change “media_file=media_file=” to “media_file=”, then I can open the image in another tab (only image, not on the form).
Images do not load on both old submissions and new submissions.
