Dear Kobo Community members,
I created 3 test projects 2 weeks ago, used it during a training and participants responded to questions so there was data. Today, I logged in and all 3 test projects and the data had disappeared. Please support me on having these projects and data back! I did not save it in Library so it is difficult for me to replicate.

@arisaoba, did you share your username and password with anyone else?
Yes, I shared with 2 staff who are also collecting data. I am assuming that the project might have been deleted by them by accident.

Have you asked them about the access? Unfortunately, if they deleted the project, it is impossible for us to retrieve the data and project.
