Urgent!: What constraint should be placed on a single-choice question to avoid double selection of a modality in several form

Urgent!!!
I’m in the kobotoolbox interface, and I have a “site” variable that contains the names of hundreds of sites per region to be visited by the interviewers. This variable is a “selection one” question. I want to put a constraint on this “site” variable to avoid duplicates in the forms that will be saved. When the interviewer does site A, finalizes and submits the form associated with site A, he goes on to site B. Instead of choosing site B, he does the mistake and checks site A. The constraint should now be activated with an error message to avoid duplication.
Please tell me which constraint to use and what steps to follow.

Welcome back to the community, @MMM_MINTOGBE! So did you mean, the enumerator should only be able to select Site A once when collecting data?

Yes, that’s what I mean. I’ll explain further with the following example: I have a list of sites from A to Z pre-coded in a single-choice question to avoid errors if the interviewers have to enter the names of the sites to be visited. A single form is therefore expected for each site. This constraint will avoid any duplication of data due to errors in selecting the site to visit.
Thanks.

@MMM_MINTOGBE, this post discussed previously should help you solve your issue:

But please be informed that you will need to use the dynamic data attachment feature for this.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it;
