Hello, is it possible to use a completed questionnaire that has already been sent to the server as a new one? I explain: I regularly inspect water infrastructures but a lot of information does not change. I would like to avoid re-entering information that “does not move” by using the last questionnaire I filled in 6 months ago. Indeed, when I send the filled questionnaire on the Kobotoolbox server, it disappears from Kobocollect and I have to re-enter all the information that did not change. There are a lot of questions and it’s exhausting to retype everything. Thanks for your help!
