Username foncution doesn't work when login from website

Hello,

I don’t want some fields to be visible to other users by using the Username function.I have prepared the file, but if the person who has access to the form logs in to the website and opens the from the on site the user function does not work,
but if I open it by accessing on the link, the function works correctly.
How can I hide this field from other users when it is opened from kobotoolbox?

Hi @muhammetburcu,

Do you check Require authentication to see forms and submit data option? If it’s not checked, everyone can submit your form, so you can’t see the username. For more information try this help article:

I think the problem is due to the browser. It works on other computers.
